Magnetic perturbations reached 800 gamma, although the CIGO magnetometer data has very large gaps. (PKR worked fine.) There was plenty of thin cloud - enough to produce lots of scattering and to obscure stars. But it was rarely thick enough to fully obscure the moon. So the FPS data should be viewed with some caution. Having said this, the winds actually LOOK quite good - and may indeed BE quite good. Temperatures are fine, of course. Note also - we finally fixed the tilted filter box during the afternoon before tonight's observations. The "north-east temperature brightness anomalies" should now be gone! MC
